Kumar brings a wealth of experience spanning over 27 years. He has a proven track record in sales and marketing, P&L management, strategic planning, business development, distribution channel management, trade promotion, and the development of innovative business models.

Kumar joins the OrthoLite India team in the newly expanded, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ambur, Tamil Nadu India, which enables increased capacity to two million pairs of insoles per month. It also bolsters OrthoLite’s leatherwork capabilities as OIN is now fully equipped to make leather footbeds. The new facility catalyzes local-for-local production and service, and makes OrthoLite India the largest insole manufacturer in South Asia.
